Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to run the store: Google (Analytics & Ads) for website measurement, Zoho Mail for order and contact emails, and Firebase for authentication and product data. Payment is made directly via M-Pesa — we do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full payment credentials.
