Placing an order on this website is a request to purchase. We will contact you to confirm availability and delivery before your order is finalised. All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment via M-Pesa Pay Bill. After placing an order you will receive an order number; pay using:

After paying, send us your M-Pesa confirmation on WhatsApp quoting your order number so we can match your payment. Pay on delivery may be available for selected areas — we will confirm this with you when we process your order. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed (or arranged for pay-on-delivery).

We deliver countrywide across Kenya. Delivery times and any charges are confirmed at the time we contact you. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Products are genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims require proof of purchase (your order number). Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.

Returns are handled in line with our Return Policy.
